Gold Plating – Quality You Can See

Our gold-plated jewelry is of the highest quality. There are two main characteristics that indicate the value of the gold plating:

1. Karat (Gold Purity):

   • 24 Karat represents 999.99 gold, meaning the gold coating has a purity of 99.99%.

   • 14 Karat represents 585 gold, meaning the gold coating has a purity of 58.5%.

2. Coating Thickness (Micron/Micrometer):

   • The higher the micron number, the thicker and more durable the gold layer.

   • 1 micron equals 1 thousandth of a millimeter (1 µ = 0.001 mm).

Our jewelry, plated with 18 and 24 karat gold, is electroplated in Germany under strict environmental regulations. The warm rose gold color is achieved by 18-karat gold with a higher copper content.
