Shipping and Payment Terms

All shipments are insured and handled by our logistics partner DHL. Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Domestic (Germany): € 7.90
  • EU: € 16.90
  • Switzerland: € 21.00
  • Outside the EU: € 37.00

Payment Options:

  • Prepayment via Bank Transfer: Available for existing customers within Germany (free of charge).
  • Direct Debit: Available for customers within the EU and Switzerland (free of charge).
  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (additional fees apply).
  • PayPal: Additional PayPal fees apply.

Safe and Convenient Payment by Credit Card

In our online shop, you can shop safely and easily with your credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has left our warehouse. If your order is shipped in multiple parts, the charge will be applied with the first shipment. In case of a return, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account.
