Dispatch

We will send all items well packaged, insured and with a tracking number. Delivery is made through DHL.

Switzerland:                                   € 16,90
Outside EU (worldwide):                € 37,00

Please note: for deliveries to non-EU countries there may be an additional country-specific import duty or customs duty. Any additional duties and taxes are customer`s responsibility. Shipping costs are not negotiable. 

Payments

We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (payment in advance), for first time buyers and international customers.
- direct debit within the EU and Switzerland
- Credit Card:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express 

In our online shop you can safely shop by credit card. We accept credit cards with Mastercard, Visa and American Express symbols. Your credit card will only be charged when the order has left our house. If the order consists of several deliveries, the credit card will be charged with the first shipment of the partial delivery. In the event you send the goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account.
